We make forgings up to 100 Kilograms per Piece.

We offer a wide range of Material Specifications. We handle Most Ferrous alloys like Carbon Steel, Low and High Alloy Steels and Stainless Steels.

We offer a wide range of Heat treatment such as Annealing, Normalizing, Spherodized Annealing, Solution Quenching, Hardening & Tempering etc.

We also offer various NDT passed forgings.

Quality Assurance:

We maintain a well documented and implemented Quality Assurance Plan.

Process parameters are well controlled.

Material Testing is compulsory. Most of our vendors have Spectrometers. Physical properties' testing is also mandatory.
